Features ;
High efficiency
JNS series air compressor used electric sealed with pure water, cooling, and lubricating the three functions, gas production per unit of horsepower than the general compressor do improve 15%.
Long repair cycle
Ideal isothermal compression, low-speed design and structural components of the special good design, host five-year maintenance-free normal conditions.
Very low operating costs
Cheaper because of the use of pure water lubrication, no air compressor oil, oil fine separation of batteries, oil filters; the annual maintenance cost of only a few hundred dollars.
No structure of lubricants
All machine systems are not involved in oil, lubricants are used in our water. Pure water can not only lubricating and cooling compressor, washing away more dust in the air, so that compressed air like rain after a general clean.
Ideal isothermal compression
Because of the cooling water is much higher than the performance of compressor oil. U.S. machine operating temperature is only 40 , near inspiratory temperature, to achieve high efficiency of an ideal isothermal compression.
The real environmental protection Products
Because there is no lubricating oil, it is absolutely no oil pollution, so the use of mechanical parts are rust-proof material such as stainless steel, copper alloys, ceramics, carbon fiber, etc; high-precision water filters to ensure that the lubrication of water to maintain clean water.
